Artist Statement:

“Three Brothers” is a visual representation of the relationship I have with my two older brothers. Each of us is unique, living our own lives the way we wish. At the same time we share similar memories, experiences and morals that have shaped and developed us as a whole.

This idea of beginning separate but becoming intertwined through life was also used to create this piece. Each node began with a single drop of ink and, by drawing with air, grew with each breath.
