My name is Kristin Linde, I live in the southern part of Sweden in a town called Borås. Painting has been in my life since childhood. In 2006 I started painting through the principles of Vedic Art, which has its roots in Indian culture and traditions. Something was awakened within me, and I proceeded with my painting and simply could not stop. It was such a wonderful experience!
To me, painting means to be fully aware of myself and of my own feelings. The painting is like a meditation and a vitamin injection; simply to be able to overindulge in form and color.
My technique is mainly to paint with acrylic color, but I also use glitter pens, filler, spray color, gypsum, sand and gravel, pearls and sticks.
Until recently, I have shown my art in several galleries in Sweden. Now it is time to enter New York.
